6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Taught in a group setting with athletes of varying skill levels, these classes allow competition boxers, kids just getting started, and adults looking for a great fitness program to train together in a supportive atmosphere.

1:1

Weekdays
9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Designed around the individual goals of the student, these sessions allow for more focused instruction.  Sessions are available in one-hour increments and by appointment only.
