About Coach Freddie
Coach Freddie Trevino joined Legacy Boxing Gym in 2024 as a volunteer coach with with over a decade of boxing experience. He had one desire -- to give back to his community. He had no idea how much this gym would give back to him. Already 100 lbs down but still sitting at over 250 lbs, he knew that his weight loss journey had to continue in order to be able to train boxers. He had no idea how the next 18 months would transform him personally, mentally and physically. Now, he sits around 180, still losing, still transforming, and still coaching. Not only is he a talented coach and trainer, he's also obtained USA Boxing certifications in Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning specialties. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your overall health, Coach Freddie can help you get there!
